To avoid waiting, admission can be booked. You can also access without a reservation, but who has booked will take precedence.

It is possible to book by sending an e-mail to museo.palazzopretorio@comune.prato.it or by calling +39 0574 183 7860. The museum will remain open as usual every day from 10.30 am to 6.30 pm, except on Tuesday.

The Museum has adopted a security protocol to regulate the visit: it is sufficient to comply with the rules that are explained at the entrance. For security reasons, however, it is not possible to visit the terrace and the Martini Room.
